See what events are on across Australia to avoid clashes. Members do their utmost to avoid direct clashes by listing their events as soon as they start planning them. This honest & open system has worked extremely effectively since 2004 and direct clashes are rare as a result!

News

Members can submit a variety of items to the Social Diary newsletter which is sent daily at noon. The newsletter is packed full of helpful info like media & celebrity contacts, editorial opportunities, influencer info, sponsorship offers and much more. Members can also view Industry Profiles and submit their furry friends to Fang’s Pet of the Week. Arf!

Database

Members can access a variety of industry databases to find contacts of Journos, Talent, Brands & Suppliers; and add themselves as the contact for their clients. The database is self-cleaning, allowing members to report inaccurate info to keep it as current as possible. Plus, if you can’t find what you’re looking for here - we’ll find it for you!

PR Market Place

PR Market Place allows anyone looking for a PR Agency in Australia to find them all in one convenient location. Social Diary members (who are either a PR Agency or PR Freelancer) are automatically listed on PR Market Place, and brands can access the service for free.

Celeb Calendar

A running calendar of international celebrities coming to Australia: when they arrive, how long they’re here for, why they’re here and how to contact them. Your one-stop shop to finding the right celebrity, right here on our doorstep.

Member Offers

Amazing competitions run every Friday in the newsletter, allowing members to own the top spot in the newsletter to showcase their client simply in return for spoiling other members. The prize pool each week is a minimum $500 value & includes trips away, event invites, beauty products and unique experiences. Good luck!

Staff Search

A reverse employment site allowing job seekers to list themselves for members looking for staff. Applicants can list themselves in the categories of Intern, Freelancer or Full-Timer, and describe what kind of job they’re looking for, when they’re available and attach their CV. Your next star employee could be right here.

Pic Gallery

A collection of albums from events all over Australia, as well as pics from the huge annual Social Diary costume parties! Members can submit a blurb and details about their client straight after their event. Party albums exist on Social Diary in perpetuity and are a great way to showcase your work to the industry and beyond.

My Dashboard

Members can manage their company’s subscription from this dashboard with ease: edit their details, add or delete colleagues, change their preferences, check their expiry date and renew.

Nova Entertainment Through the Grapevine with smoothfm

Smoothfm hosted Through the Grapevine on the evening of Thursday 11th April in partnership with Wine Selectors to host an evening of wine tasting. On Showcase was some of Australia’s greatest wines to sip alongside smoothfm hit songs, and enjoy with a menu carefully selected to complement the tasting by Olio, Kensington St.

Smoothfm953 More Music Breakfast Show Announcer Glenn Daniel hosted the event and welcomed guests into the venue, consisting of smoothfm listeners that won tickets to the experience, smoothfm clients and Wine Selectors partners too. Wine Selectors Wine Educator and expert Adam Walls introduced the wines on offer whilst Glenn introduced the matching Canape’s. Mouth-watering parings included Pinot Gris with Charred Octopus, Nero d’Avola paired with a Sicilian Eggplant baked parmigiana, and Shiraz paired with Broccoli e Burrata with toasted almonds and olives.

Smoothfm music director Kate Mason curated the playlist for the evening to suit the tones and moods for each pairings of wine/canapes. For example, the Merlot was paired with slow cooked wagyu, whilst listening to the sounds of Spandau Ballet, Thompson Twins and Kim Carnes. Whilst the Sparkling wine was offered around the room, the guests were listening to the upbeat tunes of Kool & The Gang, Prince and Lionel Ritchie.
